No — one of the main advantages of coworking is flexibility. At The Venture Labs, Hot Seating is available on a Day, Weekly or Monthly basis with no long-term lock-in, so you can scale your usage up or down as your needs change.
Can I book a meeting room without being a member?+
Yes. Our meeting room is open to external clients and businesses as well as our own members — no membership is required. You can book online by the hour and pay securely, whether or not you use any other Venture Labs service.
Is parking available?+

The Venture Labs is open Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. After-hours access for private office tenants is available on prior notice — just coordinate with reception in advance.
