These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Venture Labs website and co-working services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of Sri Lanka.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The Venture Labs reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through PayHere. We do not store your card or bank details.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

3. Use of Facilities

• Members and guests must use all facilities in a respectful, lawful, and professional manner.
• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum in shared working areas.
• Members are responsible for the security and safekeeping of their personal belongings.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all premises.
• Any damage caused to The Venture Labs property will be charged to the responsible member.
• The Venture Labs reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any individual who violates our community standards or these Terms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Member Conduct

Members agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. The Venture Labs reserves the right to terminate membership without refund in the event of a serious breach of conduct.

6. Internet & Technology Use

Members are provided with high-speed internet access for legitimate business use. Illegal downloading, hacking, or any unlawful use of our network is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership and referral to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements is the sole property of The Venture Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Sri Lankan law, The Venture Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our facilities or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Force Majeure

The Venture Labs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or internet outages.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

12. Amendments

The Venture Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
