At The Venture Labs, we strive to provide a premium co-working experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for bookings and memberships made through our website or payment gateway.

1. Hot Seat — Day Pass
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
2. Hot Seat — Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced. If a cancellation is requested before the membership start date, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
3. Private Office Plans
Private office bookings require a minimum notice period of 30 days for cancellation. Refunds for partial months are not provided. Security deposits, where applicable, will be refunded within 14 working days of the end of the agreement, subject to the condition of the office space.
4. Meeting Room Bookings
Meeting room cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit to your account. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at TheVentureLabs.lk@gmail.com with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show)
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions resulting in removal
- Cancellation requests made after the applicable cancellation window
- Promotional or discounted bookings unless otherwise stated
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
